The printed magazine covers the North West food and drink scene, and is distributed all over Liverpool and Manchester – for a free magazine, it’s a gorgeously tactile and fascinating read, with a different theme each month.
In previous editions she’s written about Tequila, Benedictine Liqueur and whisky. We sense a theme.
This month it was all about the outside and Charlie has two big articles in it, an allotment guide and a raw food guide, looking at how to increase the amount of raw food in your diet.
After chatting to Facebook friends who are part of the allotment revolution, and taking advice from Renee of Raw Chi Food, and Nichola Whitehead of Nic’s Nutrition, the articles are in print as of this week.
